Fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Fitness Instructor and BSc Human & Equine Sports Performance (Level 6). Specialising in horse riders and working towards specific fitness to help individuals improve their position, fitness and biomechanics to help them perform better with their horses. Horse riding is all about a partnership and we should be as fit and functional as our horses for improved performance.

TRAINING WITH ME...
Training will take place in my bespoke gym and we will work on a programme tailored specifically to you and your needs.
I aim to get you functioning better, be fitter and overall be a better rider! Sessions are an hour long and include testing and fitness sessions. We will focus on muscular strength and endurance, mobility and flexibility, core strength, balance and straightness. I will also offer advice on nutrition, mindset, riding and training outside of your in-person sessions with me. And of course, we will have lots of fun in the process!

RIDER FITNESS CLASSES
This class is specifically designed to work on and help to improve your position in the saddle.
They are a fun and informative way of teaching you to become more aware of your body, and how your balance and position can influence your horses' comfort and performance.
We will use stability balls and floor work to perform a variety of core, balance and pilates based exercises to help improve your BALANCE, CORE STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY and PELVIC FUNCTION.
As well as learning about our own body dominance's, straightness and our biomechanics as a rider.
£75.00 - 6 week course

▫️Shared Training - £30.00 per person
▫️Small Group (3) - £20.00 per person
